According to a 2010 National Association of Realtors (NAR) survey, help with negotiating the price and terms of a sale was one of the key things customers said they wanted most from their real estate professionals.
This month I have sent a valuable resource called “Seal the Deal: How to Negotiate Effectively.” It includes a number of tips specifically for real estate professionals, who must often negotiate with their own clients well before they work to strike a deal on their behalf. It also introduces a proven listening technique that can help improve your chances of a successful negotiation.
The greatest sale made in real estate typically happens at a listing appointment. If you learn what should be done at this “sale,” you will do more business.
Great negotiating skills lead to more closed transactions, more satisfied clients and a more profitable referral-based business.
If you ever need anything, I am here to help.
Sincerely,
Ray Yenkana
